Pre-Christmas Victory for Plugs to end the 2022 Year

The ghost of Christmas past rears his head but doesn’t help the Phantom until later half of the game.
Being close to Christmas and with it being just slightly under bathing suit weather, the fellas braved the chill and played hard for 60 minutes. The Plugs took advantage of a cold Phantom team jumping out to a 5-1 first quarter lead. The Phantom controlled the face offs but had too many unforced errors leading to odd man transition goals for the Plugs.
Late in the third and during the fourth quarters, the Plugs appeared tired and the Phantom powered up and filled the net with a few late goals but wasn’t enough to close the deficit.
